I saw these while browsing the crafster forum (always dangerous!) and just fell in love with them.  They are so cool!!  Anyway, this was my first attempt with dpns and knitting circular.  I thought the pattern was fine except with the lace pattern it said to purl all even rows but I assumed you meant knit them since it was in the round.  That's what I did anyway!

you can probably tell I did them a bit shorter, they stop just before my elbow.  I absolutely love them!

Hiya everyone.

I actually started the minisweater way back last year, but after nearly finishing it I convinced myself that the armholes were too small and that I was too fat to wear it..  So it sat unloved in my knitting basket.  Aww.  Anyhow, finally picked it up again and vowed to finish it and have just done so.  Really proud of it and have worn it loads already!

I made it out of some Debbie Bliss Merino chunky that I managed to get really cheap.  I think I had about 350g of the stuff and paid £3.50 (might be wrong though, it *was* a year ago!!!)  I was going to make a tie and haven't yet.  Need to find something I like as I didn't like the i-cord I made.
