4  Dachshund Purse in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by bone_a_bagpiper on: November 26, 2007 01:04:15 PM
Here's is a pretty simple box shaped purse I made for my friend. She's in love with weener dogs and has two of her own, Skittles and Tweek. They really are gross animals... hers anyway.  Wink

So here's the bag. The lining is flannel with a really bright, colorful retro design. There are three pockets on the inside, for cell-phone, wallet (or cigarettes) and a velcro pocket for change or a spare key.

5  Candy Skull and Polka Dots! in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by bone_a_bagpiper on: October 11, 2007 03:42:25 AM
This is my first purse/tote I've ever made. I have made messenger bags before... But anyway.

I love the colors, even though they ended up reminding me of the Joker from Batman. Which will probably lead me to make a bag with that sort of theme.

So here are the pics. Sorry for the poor quality.

7  Smelly, crusty old smoking chair into Radical new smoking chair! in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by bone_a_bagpiper on: August 18, 2007 05:09:52 AM
One day a close friend of mine and I decided to revamp her old smoking chair. I loved the shape and the feet on it. She was about to throw it out, as she was moving into a new apartment. So I decided we should get crafty.

Here it is before.

And with a few dozen staples and a trusty, powerful staple gun, here it is new and alive!

8  Painted Bouncing Souls and Op Ivy T's in Clothing: Completed Projects: General by bone_a_bagpiper on: August 16, 2006 07:20:25 AM
I love the Bouncing Souls, and also love the album art. So here's a plain green shirt fixed up with a pretty Souls insignia! I free handed everything using acrylic paint. (I LOVE THAT STUFF) Please let me know what you think.

This is my Operation Ivy shirt. I just printed the running dude , cut him out, laid him on my shirt, and painted around the edges.

I used this tutorial http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=71953.0

And made this with a little spin.. It's not hanging yet because I need to paint the walls first.

10  Simple Stenciling I guess in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by bone_a_bagpiper on: August 16, 2006 02:48:23 AM
This shirt was plain and red. So I added something big and bright and different to it. All I used was Arcrylic paint, a paint brush and regular computer printing paper. Ta da!

It's the Operation Ivy guy.
