you can definitely hand sew zippers! pretty much anything the machine can do, you can do better, just slower.
my head pretty much exploded from this cuteness overload! you could sell these with a fat profit margin (gross, why am I thinking about profits?)

sadness!  I was using a disposable I found in our house (it holds many little treasures), took about 5 shots then noticed it "expired" in 2005.  I've had film that I've developed at least a year after it's been taken but I don't know if disposables are different and if it could still be used.
Either way I have to go buy one and start all over!  Hopefully my friends and I will head out to the beach for the first time this weekend though!
