1  Western Work Shirt in Sublime Stitching Embroidery by Missy D on: October 25, 2008 11:15:17 AM
Hey all!  Well, once again I made something for my husband.  A department store here in the San Francisco Bay area is going out of business (it totally stinks) and they had a ton of Dickies work clothes on sale for like 40% off (which is totally awesome)!  So, I decided to pick one up and try out the Jenny's carbon transfer paper.  Let me tell ya, it's awesome!  I've never used it before until now, and I'm totally hooked!  I highly recommend it.  Anywho, enough of my babbling.  Here's a pic.  Thanks for looking!

2  Even kitties love embroidery! in Sublime Stitching Embroidery by Missy D on: October 13, 2008 09:20:28 PM
Even kitties need to take a rest from all this crafting!

Don't worry, no kitties were harmed in the making of this picture.  This is my little guy, Neko.  Hope this made you all smile...at least a little!   Cheesy

3  Artist Series Gift in Sublime Stitching Embroidery by Missy D on: October 08, 2008 06:37:30 PM
Hi Everyone!  Here are some pictures of a framed embroidery project I did for my aunt.  I know it's early, but when you're makin' all DIY, embroidery X-Mas gifts for your family, ya have to start early!   Tongue

I used cross-stitch fabric and the Kurt Halsey patterns.  Then I cut it to fit a small, 5"7" frame.  Comments and suggestions are always welcome!  Sorry if the pics are kinda blurry.  Thanks for looking!

4  Tattoo Your Aprons in Sublime Stitching Embroidery by Missy D on: September 27, 2008 10:35:04 PM
Hi Everyone,

It's been awhile since I've posted anything on here, and I'm having some trouble uploading an avitar for myself...if anyone has any hints they can give me, I'd appreciate it?!  Thanks!

Anyway, here is some pics of an apron I did for my husband.  I used a bunch of different patterns including the tattoo, mode mod, and the artist Moi patterns.  It says, "Cookin' with gas" on it.

Comments and suggestions welcome!  Thank you SO much for looking!

This is a pic of the whole apron.

This is a close up of the top part.

This is the bottom.

One more of the whole thing.  **Oh and as an added bonus, you can kind of see the rock n' roll quilt my mother-in-law made with some of our old rock t-shirts in this picture!  It's pretty awesome!

Thank you again for looking!
