11  KNITTING / Projects from the Stitch 'N B**ch Books by Debbie Stoller / S n'B hat on: December 19, 2006 12:29:15 PM
This is my first hat that satisfies me. It took me about a week or two to make. It's really cute and i love it.

a view of the spiral at the top of the hat.

a view of the hat with pompoms and i-cord.

I really like this hat, even though i wouldn't wear it much.

12  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Cabled armwarmers :) [pictures!] on: November 04, 2006 03:29:14 PM
I made these awesome armwarmers! These are actually my 3rd pair that i've made so far...The other two were sent as gifts. I got the pattern from http://knitty.com/ISSUEsummer06/PATTfetching.html

I worked really hard each day to do them, so I knitted one armwarmer a day, taking only about a couple days to finish!

feedback please?
13  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Ravenclaw Scarf...First finished project to post on craftster...lots of pics. on: October 15, 2006 04:32:43 PM
This is my first project that I am posting on craftster. I made the Ravenclaw scarf from Harry Potter. I did the one with the thinner stripes. It took me about two months. It would have been faster if school had not started. I just finished Saturday night. I got the pattern from http://knit.atypically.net/scarves/azkaban/pattern.shtml

Here are some good uses of it....

good as a skirt...

good as a headscarf!

good as a shirt....

good as a cape!

good as a center cloth!

GREAT as a pillow!

good as a rug.

lovely as a dress

cute as a jacket!

good for a mask...

great as a neck/mouth warmer...

and pretty good as a scarf Cheesy
by the way...my friend modeled for these pictures!
