He made it out of Fimo, and it is simply put on black ribbon.

Everyone should get a monster for Christmas. I made these out of furry pillows for my cousins. All I had to do was add eyes and a few accents (a bow or horns).

I put this lovely tree on a regular brown shirt with the use of stitch-witchery and thread. I am very happy with the way it turned out...
