Here is my latest project. I actually used a pattern which is unusual for me. I cut the pieces before i dyed it and the edges frayed a bit and needed trimming so I had to make a few adjustments.

I also forgot to cut the waist band and by the time I realised it was to late to dye it to match. Anyway, orange just popped into my head and I found a scrap of cotton big enough for the pieces.

I'm really pleased with how it turned out. What do you think?

Hey everyone. this is my latest bag and i'm really pleased with it. it was pretty easy to sew the bag but the applique and chain stitch lettering took forever. What do you think?

Hi, this is my first post here, just thought i'd show my first bags. i did the patchy one first and got the shape from the triangle pieces sewn together. i took a pattern from this for the lining and the second bag with the applique cat.





i'll try and take better photos next time these look a bit blurry. all comments/ constructive criticism welcome . thanks    Wink
