Smiley
i think i might finish putting paper mache in the big part later tonight, and possibly paint it brown and black when it all dries.

And then i might add handles with part of another box...

Even though i'm already using it!

I didn't know exactly where i would put this... and it's pretty pointless to post this, but i was excited about it.

I was looking for a small box to make a sewing accessory organizer thing when i stumbled apon an amazon box in my closet.
I then cut off 2 of the side thingies and made little dividers, then later that night i lined it with paper mache. i didn't finish the biggest compartment, though.. and i need to paint it in neon colors.

here it issssss.

The flower is b e a u t i f u l.

I'm really into photography too.
I mostly love taking pictures of scenery and animals and stuff.

And the elephant is cute!

25  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: Shrinky Dink jewelry!! on: August 29, 2006 04:11:26 PM
 Smiley thanks!

The mcr one is my favorite too, haha.

This is the first time i've ever used shrinky dinks, and i'm very surprised they came out as well as they did. I left the MCR one in for about 15 seconds after it sort of flattened out... but i got worried and took it out because it stuck when it curled. But it's not as warped-looking as the first one i screwed up on.. haha.
My brother also had fun making his own skull necklace.

And i don't know if she posted them or not, but my cousin (parapluie, first reply on here) made some too. Using half of my shrinky dinks.

Thanks, guys!

ANd umm i got the fabric from my aunt's stash, but i saw the same kind at joann's.

And i don't know what gave me the patience to put all that binding on...
Plus, i made it myself with scraps of another cool fabric.

It's roughly 12 1/2 by 8 inches..

And i didn't put any kind of cardboard or interfacing in, so it is pretty floopy... but that's because i don't put much in it, since i don't have my school planner yet.. haha.

That is a GREAT idea.

I definitly need something to keep my sewing stuff in, and this would be perfect.

Maybe tomorrow when i finish my binder cover thing i'll go dig around for a box...

 Shocked
That's a great idea!
I made a headband once by hot gluing buttons onto it.

And a picture frame is a good idea!

Plus, my aunt has a HUGE bag of buttons.

 Cheesy
those are SO cute!

I got some shrinky dinks about a week ago and made a lot of necklaces and earrings with them.
i never would have thought of hair pins.

and i too wondered where they would sell shrinky dinks you just run through the printer...
