1  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: Crown Royal Quilt on: May 29, 2015 06:07:07 AM
Those sound like fun! I have only made this quilt and a few zip pouches for the girls I work with.  I work at a bar so my collection grows pretty quick it's the time to make things I'm usually lacking.  This quilt wasn't even for me so I'm still hoping to make one for myself LOL Grin

Thank you for the compliment!  It was a free pattern and if I can ever locate where I put it I will share where it came from in case anyone else wants the actual pattern!  Smiley

This was my second quilt ever.  Made from crown royal bags and coordinating fabric. It fits a queen size bed.

6  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Avengers mini quilt on: May 28, 2015 11:11:13 AM
Not too long ago I participated in a mini quilt swap and this is the quilt I made for my partner I used free patterns on craftsy by Quiet Play. This was my first time trying paper piecing and I don't like it but I love the way it makes things come out so there's probably quite a bit more of it in my future.

This is sooo awesome!  I have yet to finish a quilt (keep getting frustrated and putting it down.....for the last 4+ years) I would love to have this one on my bed!  Great Job!

I have a tin I would love to repurpose into a purse, it's an awesome old cracker tin Smiley I was wondering how you attached the loops on the side to clip the purse strap to??
10  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Completed Projects / Re: Rainbow Eyes Tutorial (img heavy) Updated with products! on: May 19, 2010 01:51:06 AM
Super fun idea!! Will have to expand my eyeshadow collection once again to try it Smiley  any excuse to buy more in fun colors.    Also on a slightly unrelated note what brand of hairdye do you use?  My hair is purple too but nowhere near as vibrant as yours is.  I would really like something a little bolder than the two I've tried but they all look like they will be the same dull color
