I dream of becoming one of those "cook for day, eat for a month" freezer meal people!

Heehee- me too!

I received an absolutely stuffed box from xxmyjelloxx yesterday!

It had bunches of fabric scraps:

and an assortment of other things( crayons (yay!), binding, some cool white fur that I already have a plan for, pattens, tracing paper, stickers, a necklace, thread, elastic, a frame, foam, stamps, a felt rose, embroidery floss, a stamp pad, tiny (tiny!) crochet hooks, yarn, felt sticky letters and a letter stamp set. Whew! I think that's everything!

Thanks so much!

Haha, "violent" is so...well....violent? Thanks, I love them!

Since I was the only one who did mature inchies, I tried to make them grown-up, but not too grown-up. Smiley Random note, it's kinda fun to doodle blood spatter.

Looking again, I think I posted deathchicken's inchies twice, but not pantsafari's. Doh!

Lemme fix that:

I especially love the N:

Also, here are all mine together now:

Yay!

really like this - am inspired to try this with a photo frame I have been working on......thanks!!!

My initial plan was to do a picture frame, and I still plan to make myself one.  I hope you post pictures if you do that! Smiley

Love the underpants inchie! So fun!

Everyone has done a really great job- there has been such a variety of inchies. Smiley

Also, I am really hoping my second sets arrive soon. Not that USPS if freaking me out or anything...  Undecided

The gerbil mug is so cute and whimsical and energetic- love it!

How cute is the nice/naughty skunk?! Love it too!

The vintage mug is so cheery and cute- that would just make me smile in the morning. (and I'm a night owl, so I need help smiling in the morning!)

I love the girl, but instead of primitive, I think "voodoo doll" (which is awesome in my book!).

All these rugs are awesome!

Since this semester is hitting me so hard, I'd love a few make-ahead recipes.  Something that I could make a big batch of, then put into smaller aluminum pans, and freeze until ready to use.  (After all, it's just DH and I, so we don't need a giant pan of mac & cheese, but smaller pans that could be pulled out and tossed in the oven on a week night would be awesome.

I love those too! I make a lot of things that can be cooked in a big batch, and then half of it frozen to be reheated for quick suppers. Casseroles, soups, stews. Actually, most of this summer we ate leftovers from the freezer and fresh veggies and did very little cooking.  Grin
