Wow.  Thanks everybody! I haven't been on in forever and came back to all these comments.  Smiley

I hadn't checked replies to my posts in forever!  Thanks everyone!

I just got a book and winged it.  It's not perfect, but it is good.  I don't think anyone is going to pull off every pillow and turn it upside down to check my work!

I waited for the 50% off decorator fabric sale at Hancock then I had a 20% off entire purchase from Joann. I think I had to buy over 25 yards though.

So cool!  I still love to doodle like this only mine do not look as good as your wall!

Lots of fabric and time and a little blood!   Wink

Thanks!

I was at a friends and she had a couch that was begging for the same thing but I stopped short of offering.  I get myself into too many other people's projects when I have an enormous backlog of my own!

The pink is so cute and funky!   Grin

I love this dresser now!  I think it would look great in MY house.   Wink

Thanks!

Someone metioned painting the legs black...I went back and forth with that after I read it.  There is so much other wood in the room I have decided to leave them alone for now.

Thank you!

It's not that hard.  Get thrift store fabric. I just saw tons of coats that would work at the Goodwill half off sale today! Look at upholstery tutorials online.  Get a cheap couch.  All that will be wasted is cheap materials and a bit of time - and neither of those are really wasted if you learn something!

This is so cute!  That table is transformed. I'm sorry, but it was ugly before!
