11  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Pottery, Ceramics, etc: Completed Projects / Huge Ceramic bowl on: July 09, 2007 03:37:49 PM
So I made this awhile ago but haven't had the time to post pictures.

The images around the face in the bowl are from an old printing press for meat ads.

Also there are 3 other faces on the side of the bowl with various words pressed in the forheads.

Sorry the pictures are not the greatest.
12  HOME SWEET HOME / Interior Decorating: Completed Projects / My Crafted Bird Wall Decals (img) on: July 09, 2007 03:15:56 PM
Alright. So I have wanted those Blik wall decals for awhile but on a student's income I had no other option but to craft. And craft I did.

I had been reading posts on here but I alas many of the materials used were just...out of reach. So I debated on some moderately expensive vinyl from ebay but before I made any bids I went to the craft store. While I was there a ray from the crafting god shone down upon something. It was felt. Felt with a sticky back. This sticky backed felt was also one $1 a sheet.

This is the chaos that ensued using a stencil from http://www.kittybuttons.com/wordpress/ or Stencilry

and a close up to show texture

What do you think?
