12  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Halloween swap anyone?? on: September 05, 2004 05:43:34 AM
HI I was wondering if anyone would be interested in a halloween swap. It could be anything halloween related: purses, jewelry, dolls, journals, ect. Well let me know if your interested. If there's enough interest i'll start this one soon enough to get our things about a week or so before halloween! If you have any other suggestions I'd love to hear them!  Wink
13  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / New Swap Theme Ideas / Shoe swap!!! on: July 27, 2004 02:48:29 PM
Hi I was thinking a shoe swap would be fun. Like we could decorate high heels or tennis shoes or what ever each person wanted. I was thinking it would be easiest if we bought our shoes ourselves (or used shoes we already have, This would insure a proper fit ya know.) and send them to someone else to decorate. We could spray paint them, put buttons or glitter or sticker etc etc. So I was wondering if anyone was interested, I would be willing to host this if there are enough people interested. Let me know what you think, and if you have any suggestions on how this should work!  Grin

15  CLOTHING / Shoes: Discussion and Questions / Painting High Heels on: July 13, 2004 03:27:52 PM
Hi I was wondering if anyone has tried to paint high heels? I was thinking about it and I wonder what would be the best paint... just regular paint or like spray paint. I think spray paint would give a cool graffiti affect. Hmmm maybe I'll just have to try this and find out for myself.  Wink

18  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Embroidered tote for school on: May 18, 2004 08:53:54 PM
Hi I just got an idea for a tote for  school to carry my books in. I'm gonna make the inside lining out of canvas (so it will be sturdy for that heavy bio book) and the out side i'm gonna make in a regular cotton. I'm gonna embroider Ralph from the simpsons on it then put the quote "Me fail English!? Thats unpossible!" It's gonna be soo cute (i hope) I also wanna put some pockets and stuff inside, like a cell phone pocket and a pen holder pocket and just a plain pocket and like a detachable (velcro) wallet/change purse type thingy. I hope it turns out good i found a pic of ralph online to embroider!
