Heal well and soon, and good to know you made it through the surgery OK.

On the craft front, I am 90% done my first project and have started my second (not including the extra unplanned I started last week).  I needed a break from the other project.  I really love the yarn I chose, so I am posting a fibre teaser.....

Wow! I just posted my first picture, thanks to help from my DH and many swearwords. A purple suite of necklace and wristlet. DH put the $5 in for scale only. It's practically my last one, so I can't send it along.

Anyway, details.

The necklace includes vintage 1969 mother-of-pearl mosaic beads, 2 chunky amethist scarabs, red-violet acrylic crystals, blue-violet magnetic spacers, and other purple goodies.

The wristlet has handloomed sides in heathery tones of purple, teal, periwinkle, bronze, and cream. Here's the other side.

It's banded and lined with smokey violet Ultrasuede. The whole bag is machine-washable, in case you want to carry a snack. But don't put it in the dryer.

You'll like it!
