1  Craft for my Kid(human, fur baby or the like) Swap in New Swap Theme Ideas by snowyangel on: February 13, 2017 09:06:03 AM
I'm sure we all love seeing the excitement when are "kids" get a gift or surprise mail. So why not craft to their liking? Open to all species of kids. Wink Ex: Your child or grand baby may like a crochet dinosaur hoping out of egg and melted shaped crayons, Bird owner may get homemade pb nut treats and hanging toy, cat may get catnip toys and a new blanket, etc.
Anyone up for surprising a loved one? I know my lil man sure would love it! Smiley

2  Re: Ongoing Wish Swap Gallery and Discussion Round 133 (January 2017) in The Swap Gallery by snowyangel on: February 08, 2017 10:21:49 AM
Just what I needed to curb my stress, a heavy box of sweets arrived today from momof2! Smooth chocolate fudge, Christmas crack(cracker, nuts, a choc layer and caramel) and rice crispies! What a life saver she is! The christmas crack is so buttery and delicious, its my fav by far.

Nom nom nom! I may be eating over my key board right now(I'm such a rule breaker).

KittyKill stalked me well and knew I liked snarky kitchen memes. Check out her embroidery skills! Perfect-o!

The whole package had an invisible marker set(I'd never seen these before!), treats for my 2 large dogs(unfortunately we had to send one over the rainbow bridge the day before BUT Abby will gladly devour both) and sour jelly beans(gone instantly) since I love all things sour. Thanks for the well thought out items!

How did I not see this thread earlier?! I ADORE seeing everyone's unique trees. Gets me in the holiday spirit. Here's ours, complete with many handmade ornaments like pinecone gnomes, clay pac men, our boys baby foot prints and lots of others received through multiple Craftster swaps!

Well Kayrun it didn't take my 3yr old and me long to use up all the Sculpey you sent me! Here's the ornaments we made fresh from the oven today! I wanted to do the baby foot print and then a family of four pacman to represent us lol. The hearts have both my boys thumb prints in them. My 3yr old boy had already attacked his car with marker as you can tell too.  Roll Eyes

Our talented organizer Kayrun stalked me well. Thanks so much sweety, its all getting put to use right away! My initials were LET...

L for Little Light gray washcloth. We love camping at our cabin so this is a cute reminder of it. E for fox cozy to ENCIRCLE my coffee cup(so adorable, i adore woodland animals.). Finally T for Tiny Tree ornament. Now this is cool, it pivots to alot of shapes(star, circle, triangle, whatever). Then my coveted extras(I want to make foot imprint baby ornaments with the sculpey for my 7mos old)!

Her skills upclose

Mini stocking and ornament went right up on the tree. Cheesy

8  Anyone still up for a quick small items Christmas swap? Ho ho hooow's about it? in New Swap Theme Ideas by snowyangel on: November 13, 2016 03:11:39 PM
I was too tardy and missed signing up for abunch of christmas swaps that I would've love to join. *D'oh, smacks forehead*
Anyone still in a jolly, energetic mood to do a quick Christmas swap? Could be fill a small 6 inch stocking or do 3-5 holiday oriented small items(ornaments, handmade popurri, trinkets, treats, jewelry, magnets etc). Send outs could be around Dec 15th so it arrives just before Christmas. I'm up for suggestions too!
If there's not much interest, I'm up for a personal swap. Wink    Happy Holidays!

Yeaaaaah I received a box crammed of goodness from Bunny1kenobi today! My toddler helped me unwrap and also tore some of the tags so I'll try to remember what goes with what craft. thanks sweetie, it's been a blast getting to know you!

An adorable little wood box with my families intitals on charms b/c we love our familiess and extras in our packages!
Because we love our sparkles(nail polish), our cleaning is never done(clean/dirty dishwasher magnet), we both love aqua/teal she included ribbon, rose pocket mirror that I adore and a beautiful necklace.

We love to collect unique buttons so she made me a beauty of a necklace! We also love our beauty products so she sent me a muchly needed lip balm(as god send for the colder seasons here in SD).We both love our kids naturally, so she thoughtfully included my 2.5 yr olds favorite toy: hot wheels(clenched tightly in his hands)!

We love our hubbys and here's to prove it... a large custom plaque! My house has grey/whites so it will go perfectly. We both love art/coloring so I got a lovely detailed coloring book and we enjoy cooking so she whipped up a witty(the phrases are totally up my ally) magnet notepad set and a cute cupcake card!

Thanks again Deanna!
