1  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / Wooly Mammoth on Wheels on: May 16, 2007 08:38:47 PM
Yeesh, talk about under the wire. Getting the wheels on this beastie was tough.
Anyway, here is Wally the Wooly on Wheels.  Grin

His other side :-)

I had this idea brewing for weeks but could not find the right fabric until this afternoon.
2  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Mantis Boulevard on: May 14, 2007 12:05:13 PM
I always felt that the Praying Mantis was a regal looking insect. The quotes are from Norma Desmond, the fading silent film star from the movie Sunset Boulevard. She was once Hollywood royalty, too bad she was crazy as a loon.  Wink

3  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Wignatz's Gallery *Updated 9-29* on: April 23, 2007 02:48:52 PM
Ok, I finally got up the nerve to start my own gallery.
These first two sets are for a Pink, Pink, Pink swap. My scanner wasn't fond of these cards though and the colors are a but off. I just got the little pink crown brads in the mail today, I love them!

4  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / What is your favorite Label Maker? on: April 15, 2007 11:03:56 AM
I noticed that some of you use the plastic labels in your ATCs and I love the way they look, plus I had a Dymo label maker when I was a kid and loved it, so I wanted to buy one for me and my kids. We bought a cheap Dymo 'Label Blaster' and it stopped advancing like one day later so I figured we needed to invest more than $4.99 for one that will work longer than 48 hours.  Roll Eyes

What do you recommend?
5  PAPER CRAFTS, SCRAPBOOKING & ATCs (ARTIST TRADING CARDS) / Artist Trading Cards (ATCs) / Coraline on: April 10, 2007 08:05:02 PM
These cards were inspired by the Neil Gaiman book 'Coraline'
(http://tinyurl.com/37rxvg) which is a favorite of my 12 year old daughter and mine. It's a creepy story but the heroine is a very strong and resourceful young girl. She finds a door that leads to another side of her house which contains an alternate version of her family (and the world). Anyway, here is the first card closed:

Here it is open

Here is the second card

Oops, here they are together.
