Well maybe if we can get a count of the craftsters in the BR area then we can attempt to organize a gathering of some sort.  It may not be a gathering where we actually do a lot of crafting, but at least we can talk about it and share techniques...teach...whatever!  What do you guys think?
6  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: First timer: shrink art earrings on: April 24, 2008 12:45:06 AM
Those are awesome! Did you draw on shrink plastic or did you use the inkjet printable type?
7  CRAFTY BUSINESS ADVICE / Get Product and Website Opinions / Re: Anime Cuppie Necklaces. on: April 24, 2008 12:35:54 AM
Those are hella cute! I might pay at least 10 dollars for them, but I'm cheap.  Maybe sell them for $15. People would at least spend that much.  You can also search on etsy for "Shrink plastic" and compare prices.

Is that a tattoo under the charms...it looks awesome!
8  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Shirt to waistcoat - simple, but I'm a newbie and really chuffed with it!! on: April 21, 2008 07:45:20 PM
That is pretty darn awesome! I have fabric sitting around for a vest but I just won't get around to it because I don't have a pattern. However, seeing what you've done kinda makes me want to go to a thrift store and get a button up to recon!
