  just spent the weekend 'researching'    and ive come up with a few great ideas and ive already started on a few things!!!

hi i am in the middle of colouring my ben sherman flats with a black sharpie and i was woundering if any body else out in the big wide world has done this and if they needed to be sealed before being worn outside?

edit : well i found out for myself today  ....... it rained .....  they need some sort of sealer lol i now have a slight grey semi circle on the top of my foot 

lol i did manage to finish the other one

  it wasn't the expense of the sharpies that was the problem in was the availability of them.......

they look gorgoeously confortable....... but the pattern is no longer available    oh well .....yours look brilliant and im sure if i stare at them hard enough i can work out how they are made

i had a  pair of pink and red ben shermans which i adored they were so comfy. i wore them so much that after three months they were more than slightly worse for ware but i wouldnt dare part with them......

fast forwards about a year and a half (wearing them a few times) and i finally have a interview.... but........ i have no shoes, that have a heel under 3 inches, that i can wear that are formal but I am still able to move about in and feel confidant and comfortable wearing ........ so out came the ben shermans and the sharpies...... and the recon began

I just don't know if I have enough ink in my black sharpie to complete the other shoe!!!!!!! 

edit: there was enough ink left      but if you do this im going to recommend you use a sealer before wearing them outside in the rain   as i now have a slightly grey semi circle on the top of my foot!!!!!!
