I claim Grab A Coffee for supplies and a starbucks surprise
Hi! My name is Ginger and I live in San Diego, CA with my dude. we don't have any furry children, but we do have TWINS on the way! Not sure what their genders are, but we should find out soonish. I'm not very far along yet, so I'm not going to ask for many baby things.
We recently moved out of state, and I had to get rid of a lot of my things (long story)...so my house is pretty barren right now. We definitely need more functional and/or decorative household type stuff.
I love knitting, embroidery/cross-stitch, and sewing. My fella and I are soapmakers, and we have a deep appreciation for handmade soap and other bath/body products. I recently learned how to handspin yarn, though I've been holding off due to a shoulder injury. I also love to paint with acrylics and watercolors.
I have a very kitschy, quirky sense of style. I love jewel tones for things around the house, but my favorite colors to wear are DARK purple, dark grey/charcoal, navy blue, and black. I really like deep red shades too.
I'm a sucker for terrariums, foxes, amigurumi, pandas, chococat, kitties, boston terriers (we are getting one when we move into a house at the end of the year!) and jars of whimsies.
I enjoy fabrics that have tiny patterns (which almost look like the designs that you see on origami paper) retro floral patterns are pretty neat too. I also like black and white tiny polka dots.Sewn:

-Vintage (or vintage inspired) ephemera paper
-Paint brushes (can never have too many)
-Yarn. I hate to sound like a brat, but I don't really use the stuff you find in big box craft stores (like michaels, joanns, etc) Madelinetosh, Malabrigo, and Noro are my current favorites. I also LOVE indie hand-dyed yarns.
-tshirt yarn for making rugs.
-Czech glass beads
-Jars of whimsies
-glass tiles/frames for making pendantsMisc:
-A kindle fire case. Knitted or sewn.
-Handmade soap. I haven't had good experiences with melt and pour soaps, but any other kind is good. Any scent is ok (even masculine stuff because my dude will happily use it) as long as it isn't heavily floral. I really love honey-scented soaps. Any pumpkin spice everything.
-Scrubs. Salt, sugar, lip scrubs, whateva.
-Lip balms, body butters.
-Homemade jams, sauces. We are vegetarian, so no gelatin please. But we love pretty much anything. Fall spices (like pumpkiny, cinnamon type stuff) are a big plus.
Thank you in advance for picking me!
