The Queen Mary is beautiful. What a great choice for a wedding! I like the idea of giving the men model T cars to the men and long beads to the women.
When I think 1920's I think Prohibition mafia. Also, the Charleston and I believe that one of the period cocktails was the Gimlet. I once did Romeo and Juliet in that style. The musical Anything Goes is 1920's I believe. So is The Boy Friend.
Anyway, that doesn't look like the sort of sewing machine that would work too well, but you should check the reviews. If you're going to get a sewing machine at all, you should get a real sewing machine if you can. I've read lots of horrible things about Handy Stitch type machines, and while this one looks better than those, I would be wary. It would be great for space if this did work decently, though.
Definitely read the reviews though. on Outpost, and also google the product name to find any other sites with reviews on the product.
