4  Makeup Bag for auction in Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General by Maggie May on: March 11, 2009 05:58:31 AM
I made this make up bag for an animal rescue online auction we have. Its 14X14. It was supposed to be 12x12 but I got carried away ha ha.
Anyway its pretty simple but I bound the inside seams to make it look neater.

6  old bathroom counter new sewing center in Crafty Housewares: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by Maggie May on: January 04, 2008 04:49:05 PM
we took out our old bathroom vanity to update the bathroom. I hated to throw it out so we used some pine boards for the top and stained it. now it is my new sewing area, we wanted to save it from the landfill because it still had some life left in it..... I think it looks nice. And it was just crying out for a new purpose in life

7  first quilt in Quilting: Completed Projects by Maggie May on: November 10, 2006 10:09:55 AM
This is my first quilt made with lots of fat quarters that I had no idea what to do with. I also had lots of other peices laying around. The backing is flannel and cozy.
