i really want to knit this toque. but i suck with making up patterns and such. so if anyone has any idea how to knit this. please help

I saw this: http://store.fueledbyramen.com/albumview.asp?idproduct=27967 on the Fueled by Ramen web site and was like "I really want one!" but than I found out that it would cost about $6 with shipping (!!!) for one folder.
Than I remembered this craftalong! And thought "I can make my own folder!"
So I did. Here are some pictures of the Cute is What we Aim for folder:::::

I covered the pictures in clear tape as a lamination, then I taped them on the folder and sewed them on. This one was done with the blanket stitch (as you can see better here, kinda dark...):

And the inside of it. I covered the stitches with tape to re-enforce them:

I also made one of my favorite local band from Cincinnati, Ellison!! (www.ellisonsite.com you should check them out)

and a detail of the stitches on this one::::

I didn't do the blanket stitch on this one it hurt my fingers too much and took forever.

I am also making some patches for my new back-pack. I'll post them if I ever get them done.

that 'Cute is what we aim for' is VERY cool. so did you hand stich it together. or use a sewing machine, would i be able to sew it with a sewing machine.

yey! i finally finished my new purse.. 45 stiches a row.... thats a lot for me.. this purse has brought me to tears(since i messed up so many times) and i'm so happy i finished it

well i love to knit.. but i suck at knitting complicated projects. So i started to knit scarfs. their not that hard i can maybe finish half of one during a movie. so here i'll just post all the scarf's i'm ever made. =)
