1  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Cheap plastic binge on: October 04, 2006 08:13:52 AM
So, I had some spare cash, so naturally, instead of being sensible with it I spent it on plastic-y cheap toy things.
A bucket of plastic zoo animals for 99p, and 100(!) army men for 1. A penny each! I couldn't pass that up! So, after some fiddling around with candles and hot pins and jewellery findings, I came up with these...

I wore all these to school today and everyone seemed to love them! Yay! What do you think?
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Anyone for Johnny Depp? (4 pics) *edit* with link to tute on: August 18, 2006 08:40:42 AM
Eep, this is my first time posting something I've made...
So, It's my friend's birthday today, and she is obsessed with Johnny Depp. Even more so than your average raving Johnny fan  Tongue I saw a tutorial for a cheats way to screen print http://community.livejournal.com/craftgrrl/3674467.html?thread=32232291 I found these new t-shirts in a charity shop and decided to make her some Johnny t-shirts. So here they are:

There's a Captain Jack Sparrow one, an Edward Scissorhands one and a Willy Wonka one.

Close ups:
Captain Jack

Edward Scissorhands

Willy Wonka

So, what do you think?

P.S Thanks to SewingLori for finding the link for me again :p

*EDIT* Just to say I used copydex glue when I did this. It works really well and is cheap too. Go buy!
