the low border is marked as 28 cm long. does 25 cm refer to height of the panel or to the top border?
hey thanks, sorry for confusing, I think their might be something go wrong when I was cut and past I've updated the new one with the right cm, goes if you made that skirt 25 long it should be really short haha it must be 63 cm and the top will be 17 cm... oh yeah could be also from burda young, I have both but I just call it burda Yeah post your pictures of the results too! that would be amazing! well I hope I helped you out!!
thanks a lot christelle! i'll definitely try, in fact i bought some months ago some yards of a special printed silk to make a dress for a wedding, and i'll definitely send you a picture. btw, where are you in nl? i lived in delft for 3 years, studied at the tu industrial design i really like holland, in fact i quite miss it sometimes! keep enjoying your holidays
hi! i really like your creations, they look very cute on you plus you must have had some fun doing them i have a question about the tutorial, in particular, the skirt parts: the low border is marked as 28 cm long. does 25 cm refer to height of the panel or to the top border? thanks, you really helped me out with this, i had another pattern (also burda, but a special issue called 'burda young') for a dress similar to this but as you say with sleeves, their explanations though just look more complicated to me, and you made it much easier so now, off to work as soon as i get the time shouldn't we post pictures of our results, crafty ladies?
hi all i'm a new crafster and after reading reading reading and enjoying this forum a lot i decided to dare and open my etsy shop,
i only put up a few things so far, but i'd love to have your advise on it. this is my flyer where there are more models than those i had the time to put online
shipping prices were the most tricky to calculate, i guess they're not very precise and i'm afraid that's what sends most people away, when they like something (as i post from europe, so international shipping is more expensive)
thank you all for the flattering comments, you convinced me to try this new adventure and so i set up my new etsy shop (had no idea what it was before i came here, what a crazy beautiful shop!) the address is euphorbia.etsy.com i hope you like it, i have no idea how it works, so i hope i've set it up correctly. the photos are not good but my tiny canon is about retirement, i fear..! i'll try to add new things soon, and hopefully it will work out. how great would life be if you could live (ok i'm not really dreaming that far, but dreaming is always good on the crafts you make? thanks again for the encouragement, euphorbia
i would try a different background colour, more bright, like some nice white linnen, it gives lots of light. do different colour experiments, maybe? and maybe you could photograph them on your neck? i say, put them on and take some close-ups. and i'm sure it'll be good, they're very pretty! i really like how you put colours together in you jewelry. good luck
hi everybody, i'm new to crafster, i've discovered it only since short and it's like a paradise! i would like to ask for your opinion on my earrings which i've just started making with stones and silver, i have always done things only for myself and have no idea how it works but it would be great if i could sell some. the thing is, i would like to have some opinions first, and what's best than asking you, united crafsters of the world?
hope you like them, and anyway thanks for all the inspiration you spread around!!
