I am in love with this sweater!! You did an amazing job. I just pulled my sewing machine out of the closet after getting frustrated with it and locking it away for a year. I think I am ready to start sewing again lol. Love the sweater!

10  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Trinkets and Jewelry: Completed Projects: General / Re: sterling rings & pendants on: November 07, 2007 10:27:29 PM
Ok so like everyone else I LOVEEEE the birds... i know how to wire wrap and stuff like that but never have been into resin and stuff like that..... do you buy the sterling silver that goes around the resin or does it come like that and you pour the resin into it??? oh man i LOVE!!!! the birds....

Thank you!!! I have tried wire wrapping, but I never felt like I could do it as beautifully as others do. As for the bird pendant, I buy the silver, shape it, in this case, into a rectangle, then solder it together and solder the jumpring on. After that I do a multi resin pour. Resin is super messy, and it took me a while to get the hang of it, but there are so many possibilities with it. You should give it a try sometime.  Smiley
