I am starting early. My dads birthday is in December. I want to make his something great since he will be 50 this year. We always get him gift cards to Dicks Sporting Goods and I think this year needs more.
My dad loves hunting (Not my choice of act. by far but he loves it), grilling (I have already made an apron and mits), and fishing on occ.. Please if anyone has any ideas let me know I am a daddys girl and would love this to be the best year for him.

Well he found out what I got him for Valentines Day and wanted it early so thinking he would not take me up on the deal I told him he had to sew something. He made me a scarf.  Well I had to brag on him since it was his first project and I think it turned out excellent. So here are the photos

 I got this GREAT surfer/pin-up girl fabric and had to make something cute with it. I love how it turned out but my handles are a little shorter that I wanted but it is ok. The other are just recent things I have done. Tell me what you all think.....

Can anyone tell me where I might be able to find this fabric

I have found the fabric that has white and yellow but the lady is ask for all yellow.

Now a question do you think the strap is to long and what can I do about my problem I forgot to fold the top area down because it was where the button holes where so how can I fix it or what can I add that makes it look right???

Well my husband does TaeKwonDo and has tons of metals he has won and I finally found something to do with them all. I got him to help me build frames that would hold a cd cases and I put one of his metals in a case and placed it in the frame. So tell me what you think

I think I like the way this one tuned out! The first photo is the outside, 2nd is a the little pink heart I though would be a touch of color (sorry itis a little fuzzy and the 3rd is the inside. Well what do you think??

Well give me some in put of what you think of Ginger and her new coat. Her daddy said football was starting soon so I though she needed a coat to meet his friends at the door with when they come to watch the game.


If you have ideas of what I can do to improve her next on let me know this was my first. BTW please excuse my baby's ears she has allergic to grass and we all know dogs have to go outside.

Hi all you people are very addictive. I visited this site 2 times and you all had me wanting to make a bag. It is my first so it is the best I could do and I did not use a pattern. I made it out of a black blue jean and the inside is a semi-silky fabric with 2 pockets. I also had an iron on letter D that I put on the front. Well I hope I can get photos posted. Please let me know what you think and what I could do better.
