I actually wrote up this pattern last year but by the time I finished all the bits, it was Oct. 31st. Way to late to post it. So I decided to chuck the pattern in my massive pile of patterns and type it up later.

I noticed that Halloween was coming around again so I dug out the pattern and took a look at it. After a year, I examined it with fresh eyes and decided I wasn't happy with it so I rewrote a few parts. Then while I clicked away at my keyboard, I realized I had no idea what some of my chicken scratches were saying to me, Great.... So I had to make that part again so I could follow what I what I had written down.

I have learned a lesson from this, either type patterns right away or clear up my handwriting.

So here we go.... Devilish!!!! Here is the Link http://darncatcrochet.blogspot.com/2010/10/devilish-free-pattern.html

The Headband can be made 2 ways (I tried both) You can crochet the headband or use some felt, glue and a plastic headband.
The Pitchfork isn't soft, it has a shaped hanger inside for stability. The Tail has a little bit that you can pin to the band of your pants or skirt.

The size you see is universal it can be for a child or for us crazy adults!!!

yeah thats kind of a grey area fo me so i tend not to do it unless there is permission.or unless its so heavily modified that theres no way to tell really what the original was.like with my dolls.

im a bit curios as to your agreement.can you shed some light?

I'll send you a private message.

This is very cute.  What is the name of the pattern you used?

Here is the link to the pattern.

wow i didnt know you were on here.ive had people asking if id sell him but i said no.because it was yours.one of my stitchers buddies suggested changing like ow i did the lgs or something and then putting it as my own but i didnt bacause i thought it would be wong.
on another note i like how the eyes came out on mine.usualy i dont embroider nearly that well
Seems like I have been on Craftster forever, love this place. I have accounts on pretty much all the craft forums. I tend to be a little quiet, unless I see something I like or have something to say.

I love how the eyes came out. The way you did it gives it a dreamy quality.

Thank you for not selling the toys or making a pattern change and passing it off as yours. You would be surprised how many times a month I have to send out cease and desist letters a month to people who just don't care.

P.S I do allow for the sale of the first toy you make, because if everyone kept all the toys they made some of us (ME INCLUDED) would be overrun. But after that it would be profit, so I ask people to enter into an agreement, so I can keep track.
