The foam one is kind of...bonus?  I started playing with heating foam sheets and rubber stamping after I finished the initial 5 and decided to throw them in at the last minute.

So when I signed up for this swap I thought 'hm, inchies, these shouldn't be too bad to make, shouldn't take too long....'  YEAH RIGHT.  I spent pretty much an entire weekend working on them!  I feel like a Chinese Sweatshop.

Here are the ones I choose to keep:

9  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: Dotees - Mini Art Dolls Round 4 on: March 04, 2009 06:43:34 PM
I can't wait to get home to finish mine up! I worked on a few of them this weekend while sitting in the hospital but I travel during the week so I had to put it on hold.

10  TOYS, DOLLS AND PLAYTHINGS / Toys, Dolls and Playthings: Completed Projects / My new cleaning buddy on: February 21, 2009 01:14:28 PM
A friend of mine commissioned me to make a SCRUBBING BUBBLE for him so this was my first attempt at a prototype...

he's about the half as tall as a diet coke can and made completely of felt.  I painted his pupils and eye highlight and stitched his smile.  The final one will be about 8-9 inches.  I brushed him with some blue pigment powder stolen from my rubber stamp supply to give him some soft blue highlights.

I'm glad he's just the prototype because I'M ATTACHED NOW!....hopefully I'll be able to part with the bigger version. heh.
