1  QUILTING / Quilting: Completed Projects / Re: T-shirt quilt top on: October 16, 2007 01:26:59 PM
Your T Shirt quilt is really cute, always a great idea for shirts no longer wearable.

You weren't kidding when you said your boyfriend's mom is a MASTER QUILTER! It must be amazing to have that caliber of teacher... you are a MASTER QUILTER in the making yourself.
2  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed / Re: Fixed Pics!-Lime Green Gingham and Little Duckies - Spring in September! on: June 25, 2007 12:43:59 PM
Great Job on your dress.... but I actually wanted to comment on your tutorial.

You're tutorial looks professional and is easy to read and understand. The graphics look amazing. And, I love the color green.

Awesome, awesome job on everything!
3  CROCHET / Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller / Re: Cupcake on: September 13, 2006 10:01:17 AM
I had exactly the opposite problem, my cupcake sat too high on the chest, I like the way yours sits much better, and the color is so shiny!

I'm not sure if its just a variety of yarns and individual crocheting technique, but I've been finding alot of patterns from this book seem a little wonky, and from reading posts it seems like alot of other people have been having issues too. ( I've done the jolly rodger, cupcake and unseamly sweaters and had to do alot of adjusting to get the right size and for it to look right.)
4  ORGANIZED CRAFT SWAPS / The Swap Gallery / Re: 5 Senses Swap Gallery on: September 11, 2006 09:36:59 AM
I finally got my package today after 4 hours of classes this morning!!

I got a theme for my purple theme!

I got a bulletion board that has the crisscrossed ribbons to put pictures on (which I have wanted one for a long time but just never found time to assemble one, so this was perfect) ,with a mirror (for sight) pushpins of candy and fuzzy balls ( for taste and touch) and I also got a CD of purple songs ( I am excited to listen to the Purple Penis Song...) and satchels of potpuri that immediately went in the undie drawer.

I will post pictures as soon as I can, I have to get my boyfriend to get my computer to talk to the digital camera.

Thank you soo much ddixon, I love my package!

I love the kitty pillow too! I am new to knitting and this looks like a great project for me to learn how to change colors with!

I also can't get the picture of the chart to work on the link you provided.

7  CROCHET / Projects from The Happy Hooker by Debbie Stoller / Re: Could it be? The FIRST posted Unseamly Sweater? on: August 09, 2006 06:50:32 PM
Your unseamly sweater looks great on you and it looks just as nice without all the trimming!

I started making this sweater for my sister and I had to make a size xlarge to get the medium measurement. She is also having trouble getting the sweater on over her boobs. I am also confused on the same decreasing area as kscline. Are you supposed to decrease 2 vstitches together, or the 2 stitches of the vstitch? Help please?

8  CROCHET / Crochet: Completed Projects / Re: some of the blankets/afghans I have done on: August 08, 2006 07:27:09 PM
I also love the loopy lambs! What pattern did you use, or is this your own design?

Beautiful!
