We had the same issue. My first thought was sparklers, but the amount of sparks they put off made me really nervous, so we did candles instead. I bought the kind normally used for candlelight vigils or Christmas eve services from www.genwax.com. They even came with the little wax catcher thingies.



I loved the way it turned out.
