1  Re: panta! (from a finnish pattern). in Knitting: Completed Projects by wints on: November 03, 2005 06:29:49 PM
Here's my lovely panta made of Fleece Artist cashmere (sorry about the crap picture - the yarn is actually a lovely bright reddish-pink). I love this pattern! I made it up in one evening while watching tv - fast and easy. I used sportweight cashmere, doubled, on 4 mm. needles. My head is actually quite a bit bigger than my 'model', here, so it fits me pretty snugly. Thanks to naiara for posting this pattern and to melosond for her translation! Smiley

2  Advice please, crafty peoples? in Other Image Reproduction Techniques: Discussion and Questions by wints on: August 15, 2004 07:34:38 PM
I'm making a Beastie Boys iron-on to put on a t-shirt, and I'm kind of semi-pleased with what I have so far:

I like the floating heads, and I like the Japanese font as opposed to using our alphabet, but I'm just not sure about the colours/spacing/shape etc. I'd really appreciate your input!
