This is a great swap idea.. I'm totally into sewing do-dads.

One badge finished and mailed.. the other, I've done a 180 on and am going in the opposite direction.  But it's almost finished and I think it was the right decision.

Lime.. Loved seeing the pics of your mom's sash.  When I first signed up for this swap I went digging through my treasure box and found my girl scout sash.  It was cool to look at it again after all these years. (but mine doesn't have nearly so many patches!)

Working at sewing on badge #1.. hope to get #2 cut and ready to finish tomorrow.

I've had a productive morning.. my dining room table is a mess. And there are about 15 paintbrushes drying on the kitchen counter, but I'm feeling pretty good about the inchies that came out of that session.

I haven't started yet.. but there is something on one of my partners list that has sparked (what I hope is) a good idea.

It's about 2 1/2" round, I wish I'd made it a bit smaller. Live and learn, eh?

I'm eager to try again.. because the next one I make will be with the lovely wool felt that came in the mail today. 

Your badges are cute.. First I ever heard of a Cornish pasty was from the t.v. show Clatterford (which I understand is also known as Jam and Jerusalem). Eileen referred to them as the original happy meal. 

It's beautiful.. (then I took a look at all of your patterns, and they are all beautiful).  I can hardly wait to try it out myself.
