Is it Misti Alpaca bulky?  I love the way it knits up and feels, but everytime I wear my scarf out of that, it sheds relentlessly.  Let me know if your trick works and I'll do the same thing!

Holy Christmas knit, Batman! I have been working for about 5 weeks, but I am STILL overwhelmed.  The sad part is accepting the priority list.  I am not going to get my daughter's Norwegian sweater done in time, but I hope I don't push it to the bottom of the list and get it finished next summer or something.  We don't have a ton of cold weather here, so...  I've finished a few hats, a few scarves, dishcloths, etc.  BUT here's the kicker -- I decided that one of the hats is too big and the other I'm really nervous about.  Now... to leave it wrapped or rip it out and try again?  ARGH.

I don't care what anyone else says, no commercials, etc, I am proud of my handknits and I will make damn sure everyone else is, too!  It's kinda like when you have a baby and its head is still funny-looking but you just know everyone has got to say it's the most beautiful ever thing!  (And it is.)

I knitted a Yoda hat for my baby for Halloween.  It didn't work out so hot, though, and the ears flopped down the whole time.  Felting, though, is about the best ever idea.  Nice work!
