I received today from knitpurl!!  I will post photos later, but let me just say that my haul involves skull-shaped doilies and I love it all!

I'm so glad it arrived!  Smiley  I was begining to get worried, as they said it would be delivered within 10 days.  Undecided

Another fantastic yarn ball - and even if it wasn't made as a hat, it looks great! (And you have a gorgeous son raennn  Smiley)

Vanessa_Nichole - doesn't matter about the plug, I can get an adapter really easily, and anyway, it is *so* cute.  Cheesy

Here's my package from Vanessa_Nichole - I was very spoilt!!

A hand-embroidered calico bag which contained the yarn ball:

Here's the yarn ball, a couple of extra goodies and a post card:

The pattern is KnitPicks cathedral purse, and the yarn is Debbie Bliss Andes, an alpaca/silk blend in a beautiful purple - it is so soft - I love it! In the photo: 3 buttons, 2 sets of labels ('handmade by _____' and 'made with love by ______'), a yarn needle, gorgeous embroidery scissors, and 2 sets of mandmade beaded stitch markers:

A close up of one of each of the stitch markers (they are so cute Smiley):

Then, after I'd unwrapped the rest, a set of needle protectors for dpns, a purse by vanessa (it's really lovely fabric, with satin lining in a rich yellow), a set of wooden dpns (falling out of the photo), coffee, Amaretto hot chocolate, tissues, a little tin with a mini sewing set and a mini-iron:

The tin has the Opera House on it, which is very cool cause I grew up in Sydney and I couldn't take a picture of the mini sewing set inside cause my camera couldn't focus, it was so small.  Smiley

The iron was a bit hard to see, so here is another pic - see how tiny it is!  Shocked

Thanks so much vanessa_nichole - everything is so great. I wish my photos were better and did it all justice!

Just taken mine to the post office (it's actually the 23rd here, so I'm a day late - very sorry vanessa_nichole!! Embarrassed).

I've had a lot fun doing this swap and I hope my parter likes what I've done.

I think I've got all my items ready to go (just finishing off one). This has been so much fun!

A question to those who have done a MYB before: just wondering how long it usually takes to wrap?  (I'm still waiting on yarn I've ordered - should come today or tomorrow... *crosses fingers*)

could everyone chime in with whether they like coffee, tea, or hot choc.?
I thought it was a question on the info form, but I guess not!

Personally, I like any & all of the above, with coffee being my fave  Smiley

Hmmm... I like them all, but coffee would be the one I can't do without. Smiley
