Awww shucks, thanks.   Cheesy

That is the second hat I made.  I just winged it when she was sleeping and the first one didn't fit.  Maybe she'll be Princess Leia next year.

I got the idea to make this costume last year thanks to someone on this site.  Plus my partner is a huge nerd.  LOL

I made the hat out of fleece and cut down a child sized karate uniform.  The brown fleece coat underneath is hers and she is wearing a beige turtleneck, beige pants and a beige belt from a thrift store.

Her lightsaber is a green glow stick.

I only wish her ears would stick out on their own, in the last picture her dad is holding them out...oh well.

First of all I love that sleep sack!  Cheesy

As a mom of a little girl, I'm so tired of super pink and girly, it looks perfect the way it is.  EVE is adorable on the front.  I wouldn't add anything else to it.

We use a sleep sack every night, usually in the winter my little one wears a long sleeved pj underneath so no finishing of the seams is needed.  Fleece doesn't fray and it is nice and soft.

What a lovely gift.

46  Craft Swaps / ARCHIVE OF SWAPS THAT ARE TOTALLY FINISHED / Re: WoW(World of Warcraft) Swap (Sign ups 1/30-2/13 & Send outs 3/13) on: February 03, 2010 08:21:42 AM
My boyfriend researched the net for adult guilds.  He found a good one and we both switched servers to join.  At first I was mad because we had our own guild but not anymore.

They are really great and the guild is super well run.  It is nice that they are all adults and they raid at reasonable times.

I think it is on the Turylon (spelling?) server and the guild is call Symphonia

Any Canadians joining this swap?  It's so expensive to ship to the US from here and then there are the pesky customs...

I'm a total WoW widow, I have a lvl 80 Blood Elf Shadow Priest.

I made some WoW onsies when my little one was born

My partner also wants me to put a sign on our stroller that says "Epic Mount"

Yes we are that geeky.  LOL

My partner loves World of Warcraft.  Since I love him I thought he'd like our little one (due any day now) to have her own special WoW onesies.

I googled for some ideas and just "borrowed" them.  I got some iron-on flock letters on clearance at Micheal's and used some second hand onesies.

It was super quick and easy.

I also made another one but I don't have a picture.  It says "my diapers are epic" on the bum.
