I'm loving this swap! Everyone is doing such an inventive job on their items-it just proves that anything can be recycled:)

Here is my lovely package from Brushfirefaeries!

A wonderful Fairy card as we both collect fairies:), A Wine bottle converted to a vase with the word BLOOM etched on it! We are both big time animal welfare people so Kristen sent me some envelopes that she made from a recycled calender, and a cute pen from her vet. Homemade cookies for Roger and Colin. A colorful sun handpainted container that I believe was a milk jug in a previous life? And my favorite beaded flowers made from Recyled Mountain Dew cans!

Thanks Kristen!

I received my fantastic goodies from Tanya!

A picture of everything except the candy necklace and ring pop as my son quickly devoured those  Smiley Smiley Smiley

Tanya's version of a dust bunny! I luv the lil duster and apron:)

She made a Amish ball with a fairy button on it, "useless" glamouriffic dish gloves, 2 cute poly clay cupcake containers, a felted bar of soap, and something I've been dying to try-a mr clean magic eraser-too bad I can't "wish" on it that my house magically clean itself  Wink Wink

And the best thing! A soft and glitzy knitted bag! SO pretty!

Thank you so much Tanya-you've been a super partner!

Here's the stuff I sent to Polaritygirl:

On our craft book theme was a book from her Amazon Wishlist bizarre bazaar.

Then I made her 5 bookmarks from a reconned Jan Brett Children's book that had beautiful seashells in the artwork. I sent her a few extras-swirly knitting needles and Apple Martini Lip Balm and some ephemera/vintage buttons (not pictured) for her own altered artwork.

Her main item is a fabric altered art book that is also a ATC book with 6 ATC's I made as well. As you can see I like my altered art to be "encrusted" Wink Smiley

This was fun:)

I received a wonderful swap from Polaritygirl! Jocelyn and I both love altered art and craft books so we geared our swaps towards that. Jocelyn hand painted and altered a blank art journal for me so I can have a place to jot down thoughts ideas or drawings for future projects. I so needed this! I love the green she used(my fav color) and the art pieces she used on the cover the fibers are to die for and I love the trinkets and glass slide she attached to them. The bookmark is on top and is also altered with fibers and a key-gotta love the doodads in altered art! I love how Jocelyn's altered art is altered but not cluttered:)-something she'll see I can't seem to pull off once she gets my package-LOL .

The book she sent was on my Amazon wishlist: Collage Discovery Workshop by Claudine Hellmuth which I highly recommend-I'm getting new ideas already:)

Thank you Jocelyn-you've been a great swap partner:)
