Am I the only one who hates walmart? ....  Embarrassed

I used to buy fabric there and all kinds of other stuff but I can no longer justify supporting that corporation.

4  COOKING / Vegetarian / Vegan / Re: Vegetarians getting proper iron intake ??? on: July 05, 2006 11:42:04 AM
vitamin c assists with iron absorbtion, so next time you have spinach, have a glass of fresh orange juice at the same time.

The opposite holds true for tea and coffee.
The tannins in teas/coffee makes it harder for you to absorb iron.

I just browsed the tutorials here and this tut is pretty much the exact same thing as I did...

Except mine is about 6" by 8" by 1 1/2" deep, with one handle.

Hmm, I'm terribly horrible at explaining things. Undecided
It's basically a square bottom tote with a zipper added to the top. You attach the lining to the zipper gussets then fold under the edges of the lining and gussets and the outside fabric then sew them together as seen.
*confused yet?*
I came across a tutorial on how to do the zipper a looong time ago, but I can't remember where. Maybe it was even here?
I'll be making more soon. I can post picures of how I did it, if you're interested?
