1  Confusing Directions in Crochet: Discussion and Questions by rhianoran on: May 11, 2009 10:13:07 PM
Edit: Nevermind I didn't follow the pattern I just connected them a different way. I also got it on my cat and she's being funny XD

http://www.craftbits.com/viewProject.do?projectID=2494

I am making this harness for my poor cat who probably won't wear it but whatever. I'm having trouble following this:

Quote
To join the two loops, hold them together (one on top of the other) with the tops of the stitches on the outside edge, not inside. Working on outside edge, insert hook through both pieces, ch 2. 5 hdc in next 5 st (again through both pieces), turn.

Okay so here is a MS Paint doodle of what I have:

And this is what I think I should hold them like:

But then it's all Ch 2, 5 hdc in next 5 st. What next 5 stitches?

Any help would be much appreciated.

2  My Little Pony Winter Outfit in Crochet: Completed Projects by rhianoran on: January 01, 2009 12:04:23 PM
So I don't post to this forum a lot, so I'm going to start being more active here starting now. I made this little outfit for My Little Pony last night:

I'm also working on the Happy Hooker sock monkey blanket for my pregnant friend.

Cheesy

3  First Toy - Bunny in Amigurumi: Completed Projects by rhianoran on: February 25, 2008 07:35:55 PM
This is my take on this bunny pattern I found here:

*haven't posted 10 times yet I guess*

It's a present for my friend, but I'm not 100% happy with it because the stitches aren't tight enough and you can see the stuffing through. This is motivation to make a better one though, now that I know I can actually do something like this - in under 3 days too ^^

4  Jesus loves the little children... in Halloween Costumes by rhianoran on: November 02, 2006 07:49:55 PM

Ignore the horrible me, but I did make my boyfriends Jesus costume. This is a screenshot of our cities newspaper website, which we made it into both the webbie and the paper *glee*. And this is only mildly related to the costume:

We passed that out to people, as the blurb next to the pic says. And yeah I think they fixed the problem where the O's were where quotes were supposed to be.

5  Tee to Tank in Clothing: Completed Projects: Reconstructed by rhianoran on: July 01, 2006 07:04:05 PM
Too lazy to do laundry I made this today out of an ugly shirt I've had for too long and never wear:

I'm kind of self conscious about wearing it in pubic, but my boyfriend said he wants me to wear it Monday when we go out so I guess I will. The crochet edge kind of sticks out weird under my arms. I could've made a decrease or something but I sewed it on after I stitched it, instead of crocheting it right on the fabric.

So what do you think?
