1  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Discussion and Questions / Help!!!kidney bean handbag in progress on: August 07, 2006 04:43:45 PM
Hello again (hopefully I will get more responses in this board),
I need help in trying to construct a bag, that is in the shape of a kidney-bean. I've tried to use a wireform as my base, and then cover it with interfacing, then my chosen fabric. But it looked nothing like my drawing. So i'm trying it again, this time with a woven placemat. So i just really need some ideas on how i should go about getting the shape right. Open to any and every idea
(bag sketch coming soon...feel free to send me PMs)I am having trouble posting a picture, so if you want to see, just drop me a PM, and i will get you my sketch.
thanx
