Oh my goodness! I am so sorry Shylitlegoddess! I completely forgot that I didn't post what I got from you! I said I would and then forgot! Argh! Ok, so Shylitlegoddess aka awesome swap partner made me the cutest happy halloween sign that i hung up in the kitchen at work Smiley, a black rose bouquet for my corpse bride costume, a maggot for my hair, it's attached to a bobby pin and looks just like maggot from the movie! i also got cute stickers, a plastic ghosty and pumpkin filled with candy, a cat box filled with candy and a bag each of kit kat and reeses cups! (my favs!)I think that is everything, i didn't take a pic because Shylitlegoddess said she had some, but they haven't been posted yet.
thanks again! I loved this swap!

Thanks so much for my package Shylitlegoddess! I love everything so much, sorry I didn't post sooner on here! I will post later to say exactly what I got (I'm at work hehe) but everything ROCKS! Thanks for the compliments too Shylitlegoddess, I hope you like everything and get good use of it! Do you want to post pics of the stuff you sent me or do you want me to?

5  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Aubergine off-the-shoulder sweater - delayed but done! on: October 17, 2005 11:00:06 AM
That turned out really nice! This Bernat pattern was my first ever sweater and turned out to be too big on me but I gave it to a friend and it looks so nice on her. Great job! I like the changes you made.

Htking, you noticed the stole as well? Oh my gosh I thought I was the only one LoL, it makes me really want to make the vegan fox stole now! I'm being Emily for halloween too and can't wait! I will post pics hopefully. Definitely must have a maggot.. it is essential Smiley

9  KNITTING / Knitting: Completed Projects / Re: Weezer teacosy! on: September 28, 2005 04:54:05 PM
That is amazing. I must make one for myself. I made myself a chart with the flying= w= with the heart around it after seeing the knitted purse that was posted here awhile back. I made a tube top with it and wore it to the concert in july I think it was. But enough of me blabbing..great tea cosy!

10  KNITTING / Knitting: Discussion and Questions / Re: Knitty's "The Hoover Blanket" on: September 26, 2005 05:09:13 PM
Thanks PlayItGeorge! I plan on starting it tonight, I bought the yarn for it on the weekend. I'm using Bernat Satin in Silk and Sage, it's pretty cheap and knits up really nicely. I hope it turns out! I will post my progress as I go.
