11  JEWELRY AND TRINKETS / Beads: Completed Projects / Re: My earrings on: July 09, 2006 04:28:14 PM
Oh my goodness!  All of them are simply BEAUTIFUL!  My favorites are the first pair and the last pair, but they're all lovely!
12  HOME SWEET HOME / Crafty Housewares: Discussion and Questions / Baby food jars? on: July 09, 2006 04:17:13 PM
I have a billion (ok, about 10) baby food jars that have been collected after many months of waitressing at not one, but two different restaurants (yes, at the same time).  I know I could something really crafty with them to take care of Christmas on my mother's side (6 aunts/uncles! yikes!).
The problem is, I can't think of a single thing to do to them...I'd hate to just paint the lids, because I can't paint...
Any ideas?  Undecided
13  PURSES, BAGS, WALLETS / Purses, Bags, Wallets: Completed Projects: General / Re: It started out as a handbag...I swear on: July 09, 2006 03:40:53 PM
I think its adorable...and it really doesn't look much like a diaper bag at all!  I love the blue fabric and that ribbon is a beautiful accent to it!
14  MISCELLANEOUS TOPICS / Craftalongs / Re: Let's Get Motivated to do crafts, craftalong? on: July 08, 2006 04:05:59 PM
Okay, this is definitely what I need!!

Here's my list

1. Blankets for Mom
2. Purse for my friend
3. MY Astronaut purse
4. Skirt for warped tour
5. Find something crafty to do with clean baby food jars and DO IT!

I was able to complete the blankets for mom between last tuesday and yesterday!
Now I just need to start on the purses...

By the way, does anyone have any ideas for something I could do with baby food jars?  I want something other than painting, because I'm just not a decent painter at all.

you could still wear the bottom just put leggings on underneath and diffrent top so you dont freeze ...
She has a great idea there!
you could pair this dress with a cute red shirt and leggings, maybe a pair of boots or stilettos!!

I love this dress!
The fabric is so orginal and the dress itself looks so pleasing on you!
Other than the fact that I'm deathly afraid of lobster, I am totally, and 100% in LOVE with this dress!!!!!

I love your skirt!
Is it heavy, or more of a light weight skirt?  I can't really tell, but its so cute, it probably wouldn't matter to me!  Cheesy
great job!!!!!!
