1  BATH AND BEAUTY / Bath and Beauty: Discussion and Questions / Re: Show off your hair! And questions about hair styles! on: July 17, 2006 05:20:25 PM
i love your hair in this picture...i think that's how i want my hair, or at least the bangs part. is it hard to style?  what would i need as far as equipment and gels, etc. etc?

Just to clarify: it's not me  Smiley I actually just wanted to know how to style my hair like that  Grin
This is how I kind of udnerstand it. Just straighten it and flip under very, very SLIGHTLY! Oh yeah, put in mousse before. It adds volume and prevevnts burning. You will probably have to have really fine hair to get that exact look. Other than that, I have no clue!
Sorry that everyone thinks its me  Embarrassed

Aww, that's ok! lol...thanks for the advice just the same. if i do decide to have my hair done like that, i'll let you know about styling, and how mine turned out overall. Smiley

Just thought I would share my favorite hair style community thing:

http://community.livejournal.com/madradhair/?

I also need some help, yet again  Roll Eyes Anyway, so I cut my hair just a bit and the length is better in the back. I want to get the front to look like this:

Is it yet another straightening thing? I have a few layers in front I am growing out, so a lot of times it jsut poofs. Any tips?

Writeforme: My sister used that in her hair and it works pretty well. I would do a small section in front. Kind of in the part after your bangs. If that makes sense  Undecided

thanks so much for the tutorial! your necklaces are gorgeous.  i've seen these necklaces in stores too but didnt want to pay that much for them. i made mine a bit longer, with bigger "beads"(i used stuffing for pillows), and added some sequins

first one i made out of lily pulitzer fabric

You give presents to your aunts and uncles? I don't even give to cousins...
well, only to one side of the family...its more of a family thing...the gifts we make will be given to each family.  (if that makes sense)  Undecided

Oh wow.
This is by far the funniest sock monkey I have ever seen.
I'm not sure if as a Catholic, I should be offended...or if I should just laugh with the rest of you.
I'm going to stick with the laughing.  I think the pope would laugh and love it with the rest of us anyways!
Great job!!!
