1  CLOTHING / Clothing: Completed Projects: General / I like it, and it's pink (but it's hard for me not to like corsets). on: January 25, 2007 02:03:10 PM

First off, sorry bout the linkage, I haven't posted in this forum enough to post acctual pictures.  But bear with me, here.

I freaking love this corset.  It's 2 layers of cotton duck, with the "fashion layer" being  white silk satin with a pink-on-pink organza overlay.  It is fully boned in white and spiral steels, and bound in a pink satin ribbon.  The lace is a cerulean silk satin ribbon (YUM).  It's a 24" waist, custom made to our model's measurements.  Hand drafted, no patterns.

A few things though.  1.  It'll look better on the human (I'll post those when we get them - I'd use me but there's no hope that i'd ever even get to 26.....she's so freaking little!!).  2.The lighting sucks (sorry, I live in a basement).  3.  I'll have more pictures soon.  With human.  Promise.
