Just in time for thanksgiving!
Super simple and oh so satisfying!
2-16 oz. Boxes elbow macaroni DO NOT PRE-COOK
1 stick of butter, cut up
1 quart half and half
1 pint whole milk
2 10oz. Cans Campbell's cheddar cheese soup
1 8oz. Bag sharp cheddar cheese
1 8oz. Bag colby jack cheese (reserve half a cup for topping)
Salt and pepper to taste
Spray crock pot with cooking spray
Whisk milks, seasoning, and soup in crock pot. Add both cheeses and uncooked macaroni and fold together. Top with pats of butter. Cook on high for 3 hours stirring occasionally. About 15 minutes before serving top with reserved cheese.
