it's like plastic that you can easily cut and the you bake it and it gets smaller and gets harder

I made my best omelet ever today


take a pan, add olive oil, fry some sliced potatoes until soft then put the potatoes into some beated eggs.
then fry some chopped onions and garlic, and when gold add some dry cod and Parsley.
add this to the potatoes and eggs and put it all into a pan fry it and you'll have the best tortilla de patatas!
