I love that design with the crossswatches--thanks for posting it!
512  POTTERY, CERAMICS, POLYMER CLAY / Polymer Clay: Discussion and Questions / Re: Shower curtain hook decorations - is this feasible? on: July 01, 2007 11:21:43 PM
I have clay ornaments atop my mailbox and have no problem with rain or heat there.  However, they aren't glued to metal.  I suspect if you use the correct glue, you won't have a problem.

I wash them and keep them in the kitchen--great for scraping pans or cookie sheets.

You can add them to polymer clay, or use them to color glue (add and mix well) for other crafts.

I spread it on bread before I grill a cheese sandwich (on the inside along with the cheese).  Also, try swirling a dollop in your tomato soup.

Carefully pry the two plastic sides apart and remove the metal piece.  Tape one edge and use it to cut soft things like polymer clay.

A bench made from newspapers -- I imagine rolled magazines could produce something similar.

I use the cases to store embroidery floss or jewelry findings.  You can store them in a CD tower--I use a 5 X 5" space to store 125 cases of small bits and pieces.
