Onward!  My first real bag!
This is the first bag I've made with my own pattern.  It's machine-stitched, and the handles were hand-stitched on.
It's reversible-- I can't decide which side I like better?



the straps took forever to make.  i didn't learn how to braid until i was like, twelve.

So I combed this (LONG) thread looking for advice on this:
I have thin, curly hair
(it looks like this)

Can I get bangs?  Does that ever work out?  Should I just give up now?  I sure wouldn't want to straighten them every day..

So I go through about a pack of altoids a week, so i've been brainstorming about what the heck to do with them, and this was the first project i got through.

Any ideas on how to poke a hole in the side for my headphones?  I tried hammering a hole in, but it wasn't successful..

My friend and I had some fun yesterday and bought an eight-pack of those mini cereal boxes and some Hilary Duff flicks.
As you may expect, the influence of Hilary Duff can make you do crazy things.
So I had the idea of making a box into a wallet.. I think it turned out nicely.

So, this is my first reconstruction, I've been lurking here for a while.  I like it alot, but it's nothing special.

I'm thinking about replacing the buttons or maybe cutting off the collar.. Any thoughts?
