This is the ingredient list as given on the website, but the video (about 6 minutes long) gives the directions.
1 Butternut Squash (About 1-3/4 Pounds)
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1 1/2 Teaspoons Salt
2 to 2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
*I use ground sage, plus some Italian seasoning, as well as olive oil instead of butter. Equally yummy!
This is, so far, the only way I like my squash.
