I'm re-reading Harry Potter, so I'm in this whole Harry Potter mood lately. I thought it would be interesting to see if anybody was working on any HP themed embroidery or cross stitching. Or pictures of finished works would be cool too. I've heard there is a book of HP patterns, but I couldn't find it on amazon. 

When I browse through the boards, I run across a lot of HP related crafts. I was wondering if anyone was interested in a board for Harry Potter? That might be a little too narrow of a niche. But it would be cool to have a place where I could discuss crafts and Harry Potter, two of the things I obsess about 

Hi guys. I'm new to craftster and was so glad that this knitalong was on here. I've made a few HP scarves for myself, friends and coworkers. I still have 3 or 4 more to make before I've caught up with all the requests. I normally do them on circular needles, but I was wondering if anyone has tried making one on a loom, particularly a Knifty Knitter? The scarves are fun to make, but it gets a little mechanical after a while, and I thought trying it on a loom might be interesting. I just wondered if anybody had any tips or photos of their results using a loom. Thanks!

This would be a great idea! I normally knit on needles, but just picked up a loom last night to play around with. I was hoping that it would save time knitting the many Harry Potter scarves I owe my coworkers. I would love a place to put all the patterns and new ideas for it.

The pillows look great! I'm inspired to make some of my own.
