Try driving in Houston, Tx. It's the craziest ever. You have to be a bitch on the road. Literally. And when you are nice to someone to let them over or pull out into traffic, they look at you funny and don't understand what you are doing and half the time I have to give up on being nice to them and leave. Its rare to go a day without having a 'almost' wreck. Ha ha.`
I can't include Texas as a whole, because for instance, when I go to Dallas, I don't know what to do with myself. Nobody was speeding and cutting people off or anything. It was madness!!
Good thing about Texas though, is we have the whole 'thank you' wave. I get pissed if I don't get one when I'm nice to someone and then I regret being nice. See? Bitch on the road.
you must have been driving in a magical part of dallas, cause i've had horrid experiences there (and i live in houston!)...i've found the nicest drivers in texas are the ones you encounter on the tiny little back roads in the middle of nowhere...by far the most courteous.
as for the driving laws: i knew a girl in high school who got in 9 wrecks in one year (all her fault)...your license should be revoked in a situation like that...ridiculous...
